Billing questions
What counts as a connected account?
One Google or Microsoft login that you have authorized. Every calendar inside that account, including shared and delegated ones, is covered by it. You are not billed per sync connection or per calendar.
What happens if I go over the free limits?
Nothing is deleted. Tandem stops you adding a third account or a second sync group and tells you why. Upgrade and everything is immediately available again.
How does the trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days of Scale without a card. When it ends nothing is deleted: your first sync group and first event type keep working, extra calendars stop syncing, workflows pause, and upgrading turns everything back on exactly as it was.
How does annual billing work?
You pay $120 up front for twelve months. Switching from monthly to annual prorates the time you already paid for, and switching back takes effect at renewal.
What do you take from a paid booking?
One percent, on top of Stripe's own fee. The money goes straight to your own Stripe account — it never sits in a Tandem balance.
What is an AI or SMS credit?
One AI credit is one piece of generated text or one set of availability rules read from a sentence. One SMS credit is one 160-character message segment. Both reset on the first of the month, and a step that would go over the cap fails with a plain explanation rather than billing you for it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing page, no email required. Pro features stay on until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
If Tandem did not do what you expected in the first 30 days, email us and we refund the payment in full. No forms.
